The idea of this workshop was to give a new selling perpective and a new marketing strategy to the sellers departement. In two days I have met all the store managers of Europe to train them.
First of all I introduced them to morphology : How do you recognize one ? How do you hilight this particular body shape ? How more efficient it will be for the customer and the brand to use this knowledge to provide a better selling assistance to the consumer.
Then we went in a showroom to do a little workshop to apply the morphology strategy within the Levi’s new collection for A/W 2014. Basically we exercised on each other by making looks for all the 5 morphologies, sharing new ideas of looks while discovering the new collection and advise wisely each others.
For this workshop we also provided for every shop in Europe a little PDF document for the store managers so they can also train their teams back in their shops.
The repair and custom gift box
As you can see now, when you are buying for more than 150€ at the Levi’s store you receive a gift which is a box full of items to help you customize and repair your jeans.
With the Levi’s team we brainstormed about the content of the box in order to make it really fun and practical to use.
In the box you will find a little manual of use which includes nice pictures of nice ways to repair and customize your jeans. The funny part is that I also got to create the repairs and the customs so I did participate on the photoshoot to illustrate all the steps ! (yes, you will see my hands ! )
It was a really fun experience ! You will find soon pictures of the famous box on line !
To celebrate fashion they decide to organize a fashion week in the shop. It was including ceveral event’s in the shop and I get to helps them for two of these events.
The Galeria Inno is a very well known shopping spot all over Belgium.

BPS was assigned to the accessories departement.
There are so many ways to tie a scarf around our neck and there are so many different types of scarfs ! So we decided to make a little workshop about how to tie your scarfs illustrated with the items of the galeria INNO. A team of hostesses was trained by BPS to give several ideas to the public.
It was a nice way to show how an accessory can make a huge impact on your look.

For the same event we also sent our team all around Belgium to cover the 16 Inno shops during two weekends. The BPS team was there to find an easy solution to this common issue : accessorizing!
Providing personal guidance to help people find the right brand, the right size of accessories and also the best colors to suit with their unique looks in Galeria INNO.

The goal of this action was to provide a Premium treat to the consumers and to give them real personal advices about their items and the color associations. The challenge was also to show how to give a versatile look to the same outfit using only the accessories to change it. The same dress can be worn once during the day in a casual style and in the evening in a very chic look. The dress didn’t move, only the accessories did !
We tried to respond to an issue that many women have which is to spend all the day and evening wearing the same outfit and giving at once the idea of a casual and a chic look.
But what if it was only a matter of accessories ?
